Sky News host Laura Jayes and Network Seven presenter Alex Hart have their beautifully renovated French-inspired Bondi Beach home up for auction this Saturday.
The celebrity couple have turned what had been a dark ugly duckling with weird cubby house at the rear of the back yard — purchased for $2.59m in 2017 — into a swan.
The four-bedroom, three-bathroom residence at 48 Simpson Street is listed with PPD principal Alexander Phillips with a $3.2m price guide.
He’s expecting it to fly. “It’s in a very good part of Bondi, level walk to the beach, very tastefully renovated and it suits both families and downsizers,” Phillips said.
