Boutique developer WINIM to build $35m+ luxury project in Northbridge

Prolific north shore property fund manager and boutique developer WINIM has bought an amalgamated residential site in Northbridge with plans for a luxury project expected to be worth $35 million to $40 million.

The company has paid an undisclosed sum for the prime 2052sqm site 46-48a Eastern Valley Way, bringing its north shore portfolio to six boutique residential developments.
